We have TWO beautiful common rooms available for rent (for a year or more) - very new & have been hardly lived in. The condominium is located in the Choa Chu Kang residential estate, opposite Yew Tee station, but the apartment is very quiet, not facing the MRT tracks.

Shared Washroom: Very nice, clean & spacious washroom just next-door to bedroom (to be shared with one other tenant only, a single engineering professional). Water-heating facilities available. Housekeeping (of washroom) is done fortnightly by part-time housekeeper.
Apartment Details: Very clean, new & well-kept apartment. Currently I am the only tenant, occupying the master room. Kitchen: Only light cooking allowed (can try requesting landlady for full-fledged cooking). We don't cook at all. Microwave & Fridge available for sharing. Washing-machine available, with separate space for hanging clothes.
